  • If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical issue, d71a2 reserves the right to refund the excess amount.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • The applicable wagering requirements for bonus funds must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

  • Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
  • Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Each promotion can be claimed once only, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • If multiple bonuses are claimed from the same IP address or device, all associated accounts may be cancelled.
  • d71a2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.
  • d71a2's decision regarding eligibility for a bonus will be considered final.

5. VIP Program & Cashback

The d71a2 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers based on consistent gameplay and activity. VIP benefits may change at d71a2's discretion and do not create any previously earned entitlements.

Cashback benefits are paid at the end of each week, subject to meeting the relevant eligibility criteria. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback balances.
